Credit Policies

Credit terms are Net 30 from the date of invoice.

Service charges are computed on past-due balances at the end of a 60-day period, at the rate of 1.5% per month (18% annual percentage rate).

Accounts over 60 days past due may be placed on a credit hold until the account is brought current.

If your account information changes, please notify us by email at: onlineapplications@sunstateequip.com.

Payments

Payments may be securely remitted through Navigator. 

To pay by mail, include your account number and invoice reference number, and submit to:

For your protection, Sunstate will never call or email you with instructions to send a payment to an address different than what is shown on your invoice.

Evidence of Insurance

Sunstate Equipment requires adequate liability insurance coverage either through our Customer Protection Plan (CPP) or by providing proof of “rental equipment” coverage on a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI).

Certificates can be submitted by fax to 602-275-2764, or by email to credit@sunstateequip.com

Preliminary Lien Notices

Sunstate follows all state laws regarding preliminary lien notices. These may vary by state; please contact us for state-specific requirements.

To protect the interest of all parties, notices of “Materials Supplied” are sent to all parties when an account has a balance exceeding 30 days past due as of the 15th of each month.

When required by state law, the current balanced owed must be included.

Sunstate has the fastest lien release time in the industry — usually under an hour!

As part of Sunstate’s commitment to providing the best customer service and value in the industry, our Customer Protection Plan (CPP) reduces the risk of renting equipment. With CPP, you get increased protection with less exposure for the duration of your rental period.

In the event of accidental damage or loss, your out-of-pocket responsibility is limited to a flat $500 deductible for a low upfront fee, limiting your out-of-pocket expense while providing you with no-strings-attached peace of mind.
